How fast can a dedicated team or augmented engineers start?
The scoping call establishes a realistic start date for your stack, team size and project. Dedicated teams and individual engineers are scoped to your requirements.
Do you work with startups, or only with larger companies?
Both. Startups and SMBs usually come for a product build or a dedicated team; larger companies for staff augmentation and technology consulting. The engineering standard and the engagement lead are the same in each case.
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do — code, hardware designs, documentation and test assets, from the first deliverable. This is written into every contract.
Which time zones do you cover?
We work with clients across US and EU time zones. Your engagement plan sets out the working hours and overlap for your team.
Can you take over a project another vendor started?
Yes — it is one of the most common ways engagements begin. We start with a technical audit so that you get a written picture of the real state of the codebase or hardware before anyone touches it.
Do the three disciplines actually work together?
They share engineers, standards and an engagement lead. When an instrument needs acquisition software, or security hardware needs a monitoring back‑end, the same team carries the work across the boundary — that is the point of the structure.
What does the scoping call cost, and what do I get?
Nothing. You get thirty minutes with a senior engineer and a written summary of the problem, the options and a recommended approach within five business days — whether or not we go further together.
How should I compare the cost?
Compare the total cost of the outcome, including rework, delays and your management time. A senior team brings experience and faster decisions; the written proposal sets out the scope, approach and price.
