Our commitment
A.M.T.R Scientific Ltd is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We regard accessibility as part of doing the work properly, not as a formality.
This statement is published under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations 5773-2013.
Standard we work to
We aim to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at conformance level AA.
This website is currently partially conformant with that standard. Partially conformant means that most of the site meets the standard, while some content may not yet fully meet it. The known gaps are listed below.
What we have done
- The site is built with semantic HTML, so that headings, lists and landmarks are announced correctly by screen readers.
- Navigation regions and interactive controls carry descriptive labels.
- A "Skip to content" link is available to keyboard users at the top of every page.
- All functionality can be operated with a keyboard, and the keyboard focus indicator is visible.
- Decorative animation on the home page is disabled automatically for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
- Text and background colours were chosen to keep contrast within the required ratios.
- The site adapts to screen magnification and to small screens without loss of content.
Known limitations
No accessibility barrier on this site is known to us at the date of this statement. The site has not yet been subject to a full external accessibility audit, so we cannot rule out that barriers exist which we have not found ourselves. When that audit is carried out, this statement will be updated with its date and its findings, and any barrier it identifies will be listed here until it is fixed.
